Terms and Conditions


All mail orders will be shipped with Canada Post (and Canada Post affiliate companies). We ship worldwide. Prices and shipping times will vary based on geographical location.

In the case of a refund, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Product will ship the next business day after the purchase is made. Some exceptions may occur, but only if absolutely unavoidable. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to customs and/or boarder inspections.

Returns & exchanges:

Return and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unsoiled, and in the same condition that you received it with all product tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund for the cost of the item will be processed, and a credit will be applied back to the original method of payment.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items may only be exchanged within the regular exchange time period.
